QUEEN
We Love Our CatS!
KING

When it comes to Maine Coon Cats, purity and excellence is what Maine Coon aficionados are looking for, and that is simply what we strive for every day. We handle kittens and interact with them daily to help with socialization. We also introduce different noises to help them acclimate to new environments. Parents are DNA and health tested. Our kittens will be vet checked and are vaccinated prior to going with their new families. Distance is no problem as we do have shipping/flight availability.
Some Helpful Tips below
Grooming
To groom a Maine Coon, brush it two to three times a week with a metal comb, starting with a coarser comb to remove mats and undercoat, then finishing with a softer brush to smooth the coat. Be gentle, use positive reinforcement with treats, and use a high-quality deshedding comb to reach the dense double coat. For stubborn mats, carefully use a mat removal tool or clippers/beard trimmer rather than scissors to avoid cutting the skin. Regular grooming also includes nail trimming and ear cleaning.
Accessories
Maine Coons enjoy sturdy, large cat trees, extra-large litter boxes, interactive toys that mimic prey like feather wands, balls, and puzzle toys, and accessories that offer enrichment like catnip and training treats. They also appreciate comfortable bedding, scratching posts, and can benefit from grooming tools and an escape-proof harness for supervised outdoor adventures.
Pet Hotel
To find a suitable pet hotel for your Maine Coon, search for cat-specific boarding facilities or veterinary hospitals offering boarding, particularly those with multi-level accommodations and spacious suites. Since Maine Coons are large, it's essential to ensure the boarding environment is adequate for their size and energy levels, with amenities like climbing structures and enough space to move around.
